The place was very clean and the staff was great; breakfast was fantastic with plenty of food, and we enjoyed sitting on the sunny balcony.

Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, staff were friendly. The building was typically Arezzo, just a hop, skip, and jump away from the train station and great restaurants.
Who needs a kitchen and fridge in the room? Also, a shower with less water is totally enough, who needs a refreshing shower experience anyway?

Our room at La Terrazza was absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony was stunning, offering a great overlook of the city. The tiled floors and air conditioning in the room kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We loved having a private bathroom with a bidet and shower, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment during our downtime. The kitchenware and stovetop in our twin/double room allowed us to prepare some meals on our own.
Personally, I didn't find the fan in the room to be very effective. Others might still find it useful though!
